We want you to be fully satisfied with your Joseph Joseph purchase; if you are not, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain kitchen and bathroom products may only be returned if they are in their original, unopened seal.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original retail packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
